Green Evolution Lab: From Packaging to Repair—What’s Changing for European Companies
Date: August 25, 2026 | 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Location: Sonnentor Herb Paradise, Čejkovice
New European regulations will take effect as early as this year, affecting the way companies design packaging, communicate the environmental benefits of their products, and address their reparability. What changes will the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), the Green Claims Directive (ECGT), and the right to repair bring? And how can you prepare for these new requirements in a timely manner?
Answers will be provided by the August workshop from the Green Evolution Lab series, which will take place this time at Sonnentor s.r.o.’s Herb Paradise in Čejkovice, South Moravia. In addition to an explanation of the new legislation, the workshop will also offer practical inspiration from a company that has been committed to a sustainable approach to packaging and materials for many years.
What will you learn at the workshop?
- What specific changes do the PPWR, ECGT, and other new European regulations bring?
- What will be their practical implications for small and medium-sized businesses?
- How can you turn new legislative requirements into a competitive advantage?
- How can companies get involved in shaping European regulations and influence their content?
The program will also include an inspiring tour of Sonnentor’s production facilities, the sharing of practical experiences, and discussions with experts on sustainability and European legislation.
