EU Business Hub @ Semicon Japan 2026 will offer European SMEs and startups the opportunity to showcase their technologies at one of the world’s most important trade fairs focused on the semiconductor industry. Participants will gain access to the Japanese market, the opportunity to establish new business contacts and present their solutions in a joint EU pavilion.
The EU Business Hub @ Semicon Japan 2026 will take place on 16-18 December 2026 at the Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Centre in Tokyo. The programme is aimed at European SMEs and start-ups looking to develop their activities in the Japanese market and looking for new business or technology partners.
The mission will take place during Semicon Japan, one of the world’s most important events focused on the semiconductor industry. Participants will be part of a joint EU pavilion where they will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services, reach out to potential customers and network with key players in the industry.
The event is particularly suitable for companies active in the design and development of semiconductors, production equipment, components or specialized technologies for the production and processing of semiconductors. Semicon Japan attracts more than 103,000 visitors from all over the world each year and represents a unique opportunity for companies looking to strengthen their international cooperation and expand into Asian markets.
The mission is particularly suitable for companies operating in the area of:
- semiconductor design, development or services
- production equipment (front-end / back-end)
- components (e.g. sensors, connectors, cables)
- inspection, processing or surface technologies
Participants will receive:
- Coverage of display or entry fees
- Up to €1,000 for individual services (translation, printing, legal advice)
- Accommodation support up to €1,000 for four nights
- Professional interpreting and on-site business coaching
