How B2B Negotiations Work
After registering, participants will create a company profile in which they will present their offerings, products, technologies, and collaboration requirements. Through the registration platform, they can then search for suitable partners and schedule in-person meetings with them.
Each B2B meeting lasts approximately 15 minutes. Before the event begins, participants will receive their own meeting schedule with information about the individual partners, meeting times, and meeting table numbers.
A well-filled-out company profile increases the likelihood that other participants interested in collaboration will reach out to the company.
Registration Fees and the EEN Discount
There is a fee to attend the event. A standard ticket includes admission to the professional conference, evening networking, refreshments, and the opportunity to schedule your own B2B meetings.
The Basic Ticket does not include the independent scheduling of B2B meetings and is intended primarily as an accompanying ticket for a participant with a Standard Ticket. Neither lodging nor breakfast is included in the registration fee.
