Academy for Innovative, Entrepreneurial Women 2026: How to Create a Sustainability Improvement Plan
Do you want to take a systematic approach to sustainability in your company, but don’t know where to start? Join our free online workshop, which will show you how to create a simple and effective improvement plan and turn individual goals into concrete steps.
Sustainability is no longer just a side issue, but an important part of companies’ long-term operations and competitiveness. However, one-time initiatives are often not enough. To achieve real results, it is necessary to understand the current situation, set priorities, and create a realistic plan that can be gradually implemented and evaluated.
During the two-hour workshop, participants will learn about the individual steps involved, from a basic assessment of the current situation to the creation of a concrete action plan. They will also receive practical tips on how to identify the most important areas, engage colleagues, and set goals that will be beneficial not only from a sustainability perspective but also for the business itself.
What You’ll Learn at the Workshop
The workshop will focus primarily on the following:
- how to assess the company’s current status in the area of sustainability,
- how to identify the main priorities for further improvement,
- how to set specific and realistic goals,
- how to develop a practical action plan,
- how to involve colleagues and other employees in the changes,
- how to track and evaluate progress,
- how to align sustainability with the company’s long-term needs.
Practical Mini-Audit and Worksheet
The workshop will include a brief mini-audit to help participants clarify where their company or organization currently stands and which areas they should focus on first.
Each participant will also receive a simple and easy-to-follow worksheet that will guide her through the individual steps of creating an improvement plan. The material can be used as a practical resource for further work and for implementing specific measures within the company.
