Green Evolution Lab is a series of 10 workshops and meetings designed so that companies leave with clear decisions and concrete action steps—without unnecessary fluff or theory. The sessions combine expert input with participants’ shared experiences. Those interested can attend all the sessions or sign up only for the topics that interest them most. The third workshop in the series will focus on the topic: Packaging, Repairability, and Other Practical Changes.

The workshop “How to Build a Functional Partner Network” focuses on how to effectively develop and maintain collaborations between companies, organizations and innovation ecosystem actors. Participants will gain practical tips on how to identify appropriate partners, develop trust and create long-term sustainable relationships that foster growth, innovation and new business opportunities.

Startups are often built on a great product and rapid growth, but financial management remains rather intuitive, especially at the beginning of a business. This workshop will help you give finance a solid foundation and teach you to understand what the numbers in your business are really saying. It will take you practically through the key statements such as the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow and show you how they relate to each other. You’ll discover how to read financial data and how to make good decisions over it.

The topic of Smart Cities is becoming increasingly important for the development of cities, municipalities and regions facing new calls. URBIS 2026 will offer a space for sharing innovative solutions that support sustainable development and quality of life. The programme will connect the visions of large cities with the needs of smaller communities, providing inspiration and practical guidance. It is an opportunity for companies to present their solutions, make contacts and engage in cooperation with the public sector.

The Regional Office of the CzechInvest Agency in cooperation with its partners invites you to the traditional consultation day for entrepreneurs and innovators. Representatives of CzechInvest, CzechTrade, API and the National Development Bank will be available at one time and place for individual consultations on your project plans.
