Discover inspiring women-led businesses across Europe
30.03. 2026
On the occasion of International Women’s Day in March , the “3 Minute Pitch e-Catalogue 2026” was published for the fourth time this year , providing an overview of 187 inspiring organisations from across Europe. These projects have one thing in common – they are headed by women or have women in key leadership roles. They include start-ups, SMEs, social enterprises, NGOs and cooperatives. And the Czech Republic is represented.
The aim of the catalogue is not only to showcase innovative projects led by women, but also to promote their international visibility, sharing of experiences and the creation of new partnerships. The catalogue is published with the support of Enterprise Europe Network advisors from the Women Entrepreneurship thematic group and features businesses across eight key areas: agri-food, health, lifestyle, manufacturing & installation, media & audiovisual, services & digital, tourism and social economy.
Among the selected projects there are five inspiring projects from the Czech Republic:
MGC Group – co-creator of trends and initiator of innovative approaches in strategic HR and education.
Airbō – a creative studio that focuses on upcycling airbags from old cars into designer bags.
AnnKas – Family-run bee farm and sheltered workshop offering beeswax products and holistic wellness.
Signature Branding Agency – Agency helping leaders build a strong personal brand and professional image.
On the occasion of the Catalogue launch , a hybrid event “Women Entrepreneurship: e-Catalogue Pitch & Networking” will also take place on 31 Marchfrom 14:00 to 17:00 in Porto, Portugal (with online participation). The dynamic meeting will bring together women entrepreneurs and innovation ecosystem actors to foster partnerships, share experiences and strengthen the role of women in the European innovation landscape.
Supporting women entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic
Support for women in business has a strong background in the Czech Republic. For example, CzechInvest has been working in this area since 2017. Its programmes, including the Academy of Enterprising Women, have helped hundreds of women entrepreneurs develop their projects. JIC also plays a significant role with its Empower programme aimed at female startups. The Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Tradesmen of the Czech Republic awards women entrepreneurs every year through the eWoman competition .
Along with the elimination of almost all tariffs, administrative and non-tariff barriers will be simplified, for example facilitating certification and testing for the entry of certain products on the market.
